I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) this means: CRS members who have met certain educational and professional requirements are eligible to apply for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. The CRS Designation signals to consumers and other real-estate professionals that you are one of the best of the best.

Out of more than 1 million REALTORS®, less than 3% are Certified Residential Specialists.

You’ve heard it many times. “The purchase of a home is one of the most important decisions you’ll make in your lifetime.” In today’s market, selling a home is equally important—getting the most out of your investment. So whether buying or selling, you want a specialist—a residential specialist. Someone who understands the complexities of the housing market, how to best position your interests, and someone who will get to know you and what you want from the transaction. You want success. You want a Certified Residential Specialist.

I also have my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) my SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) Designations and My MRP (Military Relocation Professional) Certification. These designations and certifications are awarded after much course work and closed transactions.

I have served on the Frederick County Association of REALTORS Board of Directors in 2012/2013. Also on the Education Committee and the Affordable Housing Committee. I am Past President of the Women's Council of REALTORS Frederick County Chapter. Being involved with the local association and the Women's Council gives me the opportunity to network with the other REALTORS in the area and get to know them. It makes transactions with them so much smoother. The education I get from these organizations is invaluable.
